3. Role Description

  • Main objective of the position: Support the Technical Office and Production in the management and processing of complex parts and assemblies, ensuring compliance with order deadlines and operating in an organized, accurate, and precise manner.
  • The role involves managing and developing complex parts and assemblies, working with the design and production team, contributing to the optimization of custom machinery and customized solutions for clients in Italy and abroad.

Main activities and responsibilities:

Support the engineering and production departments in the development and management of complex parts and assemblies—up to several hundred components—for industrial machinery. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective coordination and optimal time and priority management.

4. Requirements

  • Required training: Mechanical Engineering (including three-year courses), Technical Institute (ITIS)
  • Minimum experience: 5 years on the Solid Works platform

Technical skills:

  • Computer skills / specific software: SolidWorks, Excel, AutoCAD

Soft skills:

  • Required languages: Italian
  • Soft skills: Time management, Communication skills, Proactivity, Personal initiative, Ability to summarize, Stress management, Ability to define and manage priorities based on objectives and deadlines.

5. Ideal profile

The ideal candidate is independent, flexible, and analytically oriented, with a problem-solving mindset. Preferably, they will have a background in the metalworking industry or similar.

Demonstrates the ability to work by objectives, adapting quickly to schedule changes, and collaborating effectively with the design team. Able to manage priorities in a structured manner and operate efficiently even under pressure or tight deadlines.

He has proven experience in interpreting, developing, and managing complex parts and assemblies, including several hundred components, of industrial machinery. He has an in-depth knowledge of technical drawing standards and applies them independently, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness in technical documentation.
